FERPA
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974
FERPA is a US federal law that protects students' academic records by providing limits to who can access these. Students may waive their FERPA rights by signing the FERPA Waiver at the Office of the Registrar. Visit the following for more information on FERPA:
